We are seeking a highly skilled Zoho CRM specialist to enhance the management and nurturing of our warm lead pipeline. This role requires a deep understanding of the Zoho ecosystem, beyond basic CRM familiarity. The successful candidate will transform raw lead data into an automated, efficient conversion process, ensuring no opportunities are missed. Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain advanced Zoho CRM configurations aligned with the sales lifecycle.
- Create and deploy complex automations, blueprints, and workflows to optimize warm lead management.
- Conduct audits and optimize CRM structures to maintain data accuracy and system performance.
- Integrate Zoho CRM with third-party applications and internal platforms to unify data sources.
- Serve as the internal Zoho subject matter expert, resolving technical issues and identifying opportunities to utilize new features.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Zoho CRM Specialist or Administrator with comprehensive technical expertise in the platform.
- Skilled in building custom automations, Deluge scripting, and developing intricate sales funnels.
- Expert knowledge of Zoho modules, layouts, and advanced reporting functionalities.
- Strong analytical skills focused on enhancing lead conversion through technology.
- Excellent communication abilities, capable of translating business requirements into technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
