We are looking for a FreeSWITCH developer with hands-on experience with good scripting knowledge in PERL/SHELL/PHP/BASH and writing database
1. Developing, configuring and troubleshooting Free Switch platform
2. Involve in installing, configuring of various modules in Free switch
3. Should be able to customize or develop from scratch modules in Free switch.
4. Design, develop and implement various components/modules like Contact Center, Inbound/Outbound queueing, Agent Desktop with telephone call controls, agent skillset based queuing, etc on Free switch platform either on-premise or cloud environment.
5. Ensure that the call/contact center product on Freeswitch is highly available, fault-tolerant, and highly scalable.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve voice and network protocol communications/routing issues.
7. Write Custom Codes for Development
8. Fundamental Knowledge and hands-on experience on cloud environment will be added advantages.
