Purpose

As a Data Analyst in AI Production team, you will be using various tools and methods for analyzing the client data. After analyzing the data, you are expected to develop predictive models for your clients to optimize call center interactions. The models are deployed in a runtime environment which has direct impact on client production so monitoring is an essential piece

of the Job.

Key Responsibilities

Sound knowledge of probability and statistics

Demonstrated knowledge in SQL and database design

Experience with scripting/programming languages: R, C or C

Exceptional in mathematics and analytical skills

Ability to handle large data clusters, draw conclusions from the data and recommend actions

Able to travel locally/abroad for working sessions and meetings

The ideal candidate will have

Fresh to mid-level working experience

Preferably prior work experience in a data-rich environment with data mining techniques and predictive analytics

The ability to convey mathematical concepts in meaningful way to business clients and internal team members
