Creating concise, eye-catching, and innovative headlines and body copy
Determine the needs of end users of technical documentation.
Responsible to generate digital content for blog posts, website & landing pages’ content, captions for social media posts, branding material and presentations
Candidate must be responsible to research, conceptualize, and write compelling and SEO friendly content.
Work with technical staff to make products easier to use and thus need fewer instructions.
Plan, develop, organize, write and edit operational procedures and manuals
Research, develop and document technical design specifications and test scripts
Maintain a comprehensive library of technical terminology and documentation
Analyze documents to maintain continuity of style of content
Use photographs, drawings, diagrams, animation, and charts that increase users’ understanding.
Select appropriate medium for message or audience, such as manuals or online videos.
Standardize content across platforms and media.
Gather usability feedback from customers, designers, and manufacturers.
Play active part in building company's branding/marketing collateral.
Study the software product in detail and talk with product designers and developers.

Requirements:

2 to 4 years of Proven experience working in a technical content writing position
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences
Skilled at prioritization and multi-tasking
Adobe Photoshop and SEO tools experience will be a plus
