AK Builders (Real Estate company) looking for smart and energetic Sales Representative - Real Estate

who will be responsible for selling residential and commercial projects for our real estate company.
Opportunity for those candidates who have good potential and knowledge of Real Estate (preferably in Bahria Town/DHA/CDA), Company will provide basic salary/Commission or both.

Duties and Responsibilities

Organizing sales visits
Demonstrating and presenting sales products
Establishing a new business with investors
Develop and deliver pitches for potential investors.
Reviewing sales performance
Negotiating contracts and packages
Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.
Generating Market to Market Business.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
1-2 years' experience working in real estate market of DHA/Bahria Town/CDA
Good knowledge about the real estate sector.
Excellent verbal communication skills with clients.
Knowledge of the sales process.
Great selling skills
The ability to travel to meet clients, attend conferences, and research new markets as needed.
