Ensure that the daily routine work done in a timely manner.
Ensure all the International orders to be entered on time.
Ensure all logistics details in SAP - PO accurately before shipment arrives at port.
Knowledge about Logistics, Warehousing and Procurement along with the whole Supply Chain process including strong background with Procurement.
At least 3 years of experience in the above said scope.
Strong knowledge in Land, Sea and Air freight.
Coordination between shipping line, customer, clearance team, Finance, and transport team to meet operational requirements swiftly.
Strong communication skills through phone and by Emails.
Well knowledge in Customs documentation and COO processing and embassy attestation.
Documents preparation (invoice, packing lists, delivery advice, COO, order confirmation)
Take responsibility for the shipment from its origin country until the shipment is delivered to us
To possess strong problem-solving skills and to ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer complaints and escalate issues to reporting Manager whenever required.
