Systems management and administration of VMware, Windows Server, Active Directory, IIS Web Applications, SQL Server, McAfee MVision and other technologies in a multi-server, multi-site environment.
Manage, coordinate, and implement software upgrades, patches, and hot fixes on servers, workstations, network hardware and virtualization
Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures, ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
Hands-on working experience on Firewalls and Virtualization technologies
Understanding of network technologies (LAN, WAN, Wireless, Firewalls, Routers, Switches)
Strong background with Mac OS X, Windows Client OS: configuration, management, security, etc.
Provide day-to-day technical support to employees for internal Mac system hardware, software, and peripherals
