What is on offer?

This is a genuinely exciting and rare opportunity to work with our client having offices in NZ, Australia, Manilla and Singapore. With increasing Government regulation and the need for businesses to be certain about who they are dealing with, our client provides technology to assist in the accurate confirmation of an individual's identity.

The work they do is important in helping client businesses to meet their compliance requirements and as a factor in minimising risk in their commercial decisions.

What you'll be doing?

·  Being the first point of contact when clients need support, both ensuring understanding of their issue and classifying their support requests.

·  Distribute service disruption, outage, maintenance notifications to clients.

·  You will assist, document and/or liaise internally to provide solutions.

·  Performing analysis on systems to understand, document or resolve issues.

·  Documenting cases and expected results.

·  Working with technical BAs to address bugs and system enhancements.

Who we want?

From a technical point, key things that we are looking for include:

·  Proven experience in Support Level 1

·  Experience with and management of ticketing systems

·  Experience working in agile teams

·  Expertise in use of Postman or another API platform

·  Understanding of RESTful APIs and how to test it.

·  The ability to translate complex issues into concise steps, to assist customers in their use of the company's technology and/or to liaise internally to develop and provide solutions.

·  Exceptional listening skills and communication style

·  Readiness to patiently assist clients with coaching, diplomacy and tactfulness.

·  Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands.

Working Hours (PST)

·        2PM – 10 PM

·        6PM to 2AM
