Our Head Office is situated in Rawalpindi and a Test and Selection Centre is also in Rawalpindi. These offices and Test Centers are spacious enough and are centrally located in the commercial areas of Rawalpindi. LEGAL STATUS
Maharaja Corporation was established in the year 1994 as a Manpower Recruiter / Exporter from Pakistan and obtained Overseas Employment promoters License Number 1625/Rawalpindi in November 1994 from Bureau of Emigration & Overseas Employment, Ministry of Labour, Manpower & Overseas Pakistanis, and Government of Pakistan.

Recruitment Procedure
� Upon the receipt of confirmed manpower demand from the Client, necessary permission is obtained from the Protector of Emigrants (Labour Office), to initiate the process of Recruitment
� Qualified HR and Technical Personnel initiate the process of reviewing, screening / short-listing appropriate CVs from our databank and other sources. The CVs which closely match the Job Description / Requirement of our Clients are initially reviewed and evaluated in their respective field of specialty by Senior Engineers.
� Our Engineers make preliminary assessment and classify them category-wise as Class A+, A, B+ and C. Only Class A+, A and B+ are generally called for interview by our experts, then finally presented to ...Employers for their final evaluation and approval.
� If need arise the selected candidates are also tested by using tools and equipment in reputed and Government recognized Trade Test and Training Centers and sent to our Clients for their further review and evaluation.
� In case the appropriate CVs are not available, we arrange insertion of advertisements in country's widely circulated newspapers. The CVs received are classified, screened and short-listed and only those candidates who qualify for the jobs are presented to Employers for final interviews.
� The Recruitment Process is carried out strictly under the instructions from the Employers / Clients and the merit criteria of selection.
� The final interviews and selections are generally done by the officials of the Employers who are provided with all the necessary facilities and assistance by us.
� The selected Candidates undergo medical clearance tests from Approved Medical Centres / Hospitals.
� All the necessary documents / credentials / certificates are thoroughly cross-checked and verified by us from all concerned authorities. The case is then submitted to the Saudi Consulate for endorsement of Visa. Usually the Consulate takes 7-10 days for visa stamping.
� After visa stamping, the dispatch of workers to their respective destinations starts immediately after all the formalities are completed like registration with Protector Office (Labour Office), seats reservations, etc.
� Tentative Flight Details are notified to the Employers.
� The approx. time involved in all the above activities is given below:
� Locating / Sourcing Time : 1 ~ 2 weeks' time
Deployment / Dispatch Time : 2 ~ 3 weeks
It should be noted here that we keep our Overseas Clients, fully informed with respect to the current status of deployment of their selected candidates from time - generally on a weekly basis.
