Coordinate, monitor & manage restaurant operations, stock and staff. Initiate corrective actions where required.

Maintain high level of Service, hygiene, health & safety policies & procedures & good up keep.
Deliver superior guest services and ensure absolute customer satisfaction & standards.
Ensure product quality & production efficiency.
Manage catering events.
Coordinate with marketing department for market & promotional activities.
Ensure attainment of financial targets.
Duty roaster maintenance.
Coordinate leave and payroll procedure.
Performance evaluation of staff.
Provide training to staff on customer service standard when required.
Respond efficiently to customer complaints and concerns.
Develop PR with guests through personalized supervision.
Coordinate with central store and suppliers (if required).

Provide timely & accurate reports as required.
Highlight critical matters on timely basis.
