BDM / Relationship Manager

Our organization need a Business Development manager /Relationship Manager for the Islamabad office, The ideal candidate should have good english fluency and ability to carry out conversation, target-oriented approach, call centre experience preferably, should be hard-working, self-motivated and a good team player.

The potential candidates must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, an attractive telephone voice and exceptional sales sklils with the following duties :

To manage and grow of a portfolio of existing clients.
Initiate new calls to the potential customers and follow up all the progress made on daily basis.
Build a relationship with clients through responding to their queries and resolving issues
Exceptional communication skills which must lead to customer satisfaction.
The candidate MUST have an English accent that is either neutral or native to the UK
Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for business.
Work with team to achieve sales performance targets.
Presenting the product or service in a structured professional way.
The candidate MUST be driven and motivated and must be willing and able to achieve challenging sales targets.
The candidate must be well organized and possess an excellent work ethic.
The nature of work will require handling multiple customers and multiple follow-ups, disciplined working habits are a must.
Not mandatory, but preference will be given to female candidates.

Starting salary 50k depending on experience

Note : Preference will be given to Local candidates living in Twin cities and those who want to relocate.
