1. Generating new sales (documents and parcel shipments)
2. Booking shipments on DHL software system and packaging of parcel shipments
3. Managing relationships with existing and new customers and finding new customers
4. Cash management
5. Maintaining office and sales records in MS Excel
6. Handling emails with DHL head office
7. Overall administration and management of the DHL service point
Candidate should be good in MS Excel and MS Office package.
