e-BizSoft is looking for a technical product support engineer for the Karachi office.

The candidate will work in the support team dealing with day to day support tasks for e-BizSoft product and services.
The support will require trouble shooting, product deployment, light development activities, including debugging of applications code, interacting with clients.

The working hours will 9:00 AM US EST (5:00 PM PK) to 5 PM US EST (3 AM PK).

The right candidate should have technical background a min of 2 yrs. experience in software development.
The other important attributes are client interaction and communication skills (both oral and verbal).
Must speak fluent English.
The candidate must be able to work with deadlines, maintain the SLA, be a team player, and possess excellent customer facing skills.
