  1. Preparing the site and liaising with other construction professionals such as architects, engineers, buyers, estimators and surveyors before construction work starts
  2. Comparative evaluation of vendor and negotiation afterwards
  3. Preparation of project baseline, budget, case flow, manpower and schedule
  4. Overseeing the running of several construction projects
  5. Using construction management software packages to plan smooth work flows
  6. Understanding of interior drawings and construction of interior & civil BOQ
  7. On site coordination with site supervision to avoid delays / cost over runs
  8. Generate daily / weekly progress report and present to construction managers
  9. Determine labor requirements of construction sites.
  10. Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations.
