· Manage office supplies stock and place orders (Stationary, Kitchen, Day to day items)
· Maintain and update company database
· Developing, reviewing and improving administrative systems, policies and procedures.
· Manage office equipment’s and update as required
· Arrange travel and accommodation’s
· Schedule in-house & external events
· Manage Janitorial & office staff and keep environment clean & good
· Timely submission of office bills and maintain record
· Maintain record of office properties (Personal/rental) agreements and renew timely.
· Preparing reports on monthly stocks, expenses and budgeting for presenting to management.
· Supervise day to day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
· Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.
· Responsible of repair and maintenance of all office equipment & furniture’s.
· Supervise Electrical staff and ensure updating of all electrical equipment’s including Generators, UPS.
· Keep up to date all Lights, Fire-alarm’s, CCTV cameras and office protocols by taking support from electrical staff.
· Tracking of company vehicles In/out and maintain record.
· Keep focus on all evolving issues and act accordingly to fix on time.
· Arrange and manage shifts of all janitorial and office staff as per company convenience.
· Keep in touch with vendors and maintain relationships for quality maintenance/support.
