Responsible for planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting the Girls’ Secondary Education project activities.
Identification and enrolment of out of school girls in project schools and ensure their retention with the participation of Education Department, teachers and communities.
Ensure active participation of School Management Committee (SMC) in project activities and their capacity enhancement for improved networking and advocacy for sustainability of the project.
Develop linkages of SMC of Community Managed Girls School with education department for facilitating the school operations & sustainability.
Identify teachers’ improvement needs and conduct capacity building trainings.
Ensure that study scheme and assessment plan is being adopted in all the schools and there is improvement in learning level of students.
Ensure the regular academic support /facilitation (Provision of Books, Stipends, registration, admission etc.) of community managed schools from government schools and departments.
Promote healthy and good peer level of competition in schools through conduct of academic, extra curriculum activities and life skills trainings
Identify students having low learning performance and plan and execute the strategies for improvement.
Maintain all programs related records in hard and soft and ensure the regular update.
Conduct regular field visits and monitor students learning outcomes, attendance, enrollment, community participation and school record.
Ensure the proper archiving of students learning outcomes (test results) in each school.
Maintain a record of base line and end line data for each school and incorporate in reports.
Identify School’s need and develop SMC action plan that include improvement of school academic performance, enhance physical environment, improved life skills in students and attain school sustainability.
Prepare the project impact report (case studies/success studies) from each school on regular basis.
Promote adult literacy through family learning approach.
Daily basis follows up activities from schools.
Collect, analyze the data and report the project results in monthly and annual report.
Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
