The work of the Subway Sandwich Artist requires teamwork, self-motivation, discretion, strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. The duties for this role will include, serving customers in a polite and friendly manner, basic food preparation, taking accurate food orders, ensure all customers are provided with high quality sandwiches as outlined in Subway Operations Manual. Other duties will include cashiering, stock taking, ensuring restaurant areas are kept clean and taking an active part in sales promotions. This franchise is operated by GSS Intertrade, leading provider for commercial products and services (management and human resources) to the hospitality industry. Education:

Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field

Experience:

A minimum of 6 months’ previous experience in this role is required

Skills and Competencies:

-Basic mathematical skills and compute calculations

-Practice economical work practices and avoid any wastage

-Required to have basic Basic Sanitation Skills (USPH) knowledge and comply with it

-Must have a pleasant and courteous personality

-Must be able to read and speak English clearly in order to interpret documents such as recipes and manuals
