· To handle office sales operations effectively & coordinating with field management, supply chain & accounts / finance department.
· To receive distributor’s orders from the sales team, process them & exercise follow up with supply chain for timely dispatches.
· To follow up with the Distributors/ Dealers/ Sales team for the sales orders and ensure that receivables remains within the prescribed limits.
· To prepare & maintain sales statistics (primary & secondary sales statements) of customers / towns / territories by products / months.
· To handle enquiries from distributors / field management regarding dispatches.
· To receive report & returns from sales team, follow up the missing reports & receive on schedule.
· To collect party wise statement of accounts & invoices for onward dispatch to concerned distributors.
To ensure that all records are maintained up to date in an organized manner
