About the opportunity

You will not only learn, earn and grow professionally but also will have ample opportunities to help shape iATO’s policies, procedures and the future.
The Management Trainee path will lead you to become an expert in your chosen area such as customer experience, supply chain, product management, digital marketing/advertising, marketing management, supplier management, copywriting, accounts, analyst, executive assistant, etc.
You will be trained and coached and, based on the feedback, your performance will be evaluated on a monthly basis with an aim to help you grow and increase your salary and profile every 6-12 months.
Who we're looking for?
People with passion, persuasiveness and potential.
Education: Masters with min CGPA of 3.3 or equivalent. A+/A grades in English, Maths and at least one other subject throughout academic life.
Communication: Excellent communications skills (Specially written English) Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven track record in finding solutions to complex life/business problems.
Adaptability: Ability to switch gears between tasks and be able to execute a number of different tasks at a lightning speed to become a specialist in their area of expertise.
Computer/Internet: Command of MS Word, Excel. Strong Computer and Internet knowledge
Personality: Exceptional work ethic and a drive to grow/contribute, hunger to make a difference.
Entrepreneurial spirit & LAT behaviours (Leadership, Accountability & Teamwork)
E-Commerce/Social Media: Proactive knowledge of e-commerce and social media
Logistics & legal
You will be required to work as per PK timings from 10 am till 8 pm (regular breaks in between) and half day on Sat or Sun as per requirement
You have to work from home till our back offices are set up. Once our offices are set up, you may be required to work from the office.
You will be trained, supervised and monitored via Skype, Whatsapp and/or other modern communication apps.
You will have to sign an employment agreement of 2 years minimum and during that tenure, you will not be allowed to switch organisations or work for other organisation on a part-time basis.
