Experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new staff.

• Onboarding newcomers to the company.

• Determining suitable salaries and remuneration.

• Developing adequate induction and trainings.

Handle Disciplinary Actions

• Managing succession planning of staff.

• Assist to prepare all development plans for organization and ensure efficiency of all HR programs and prepare new employee documents and maintain accuracy of all documents.
