We pioneer in patented technology of environmental and diagnostic food allergy/sensitivity testing that delivers quality results with the highest degree of accuracy and reproducibility.
We are looking for a qualified Lead ScientistTech Supervisor to establish and overlook INFINITE Allergy Labs Pakistan Chapter. The employee will work closely with the CEO and Chief Scientist (in the USA) to re-engineer the patented technology in Pakistan cost-effectively and efficiently. The candidate shall also help in recruiting and overlooking the team of scientists in Pakistan. Employee shall, to the best of his abilities, lead the Research and Development department of the lab, lead and overlook the testing, train and supervise subsidiaries to coat, test, and analyze Laboratory developed tests, ensure the test is compliant and meet the testing standard. The employee shall have the support and training from the Lead Team USA.
The ideal candidate will have experience in ELISA testing specifically allergy testing (preferred), Supervisory/leadership experience in Clinical Laboratory testing, and working under pressure autonomously as well as a team. The individual will be well-trained to maintain safety conditions and will be passionate about doing work that makes things move forward.
The goal is to develop and improve technology to help patients and optimize lab procedures and succeed in producing reliable and important results that can be used to make a difference.
Qualifications:
· Minimum of bachelor’s degree in biological science, chemistry, hematology, or relevant field with Proven experience as a Lab Tech or relevant position. (Ph.D. in chemistry or laboratory sciences, Master’s in Biomedical engineer with 3-5 years of Lab experience in a leadership role is preferred)
· Must be proficient in verbal and written English.
· Experience with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay preferred
· Experience in operating electrical, nonelectrical laboratory equipment.
· In-depth knowledge of quality control/assurance, preventative measures, and laboratory best practices
· Working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and database systems
· Ability to work autonomously and under pressure
