Customer Management:

•Addressing customer complaints to understand customers’ needs and expectations, and to propose solutions.

•Keep a contact with customers on regular bases to understand their needs and expectations, and to know best customers personally.

Operations Management:

•Shop’s performance check on regular bases to ensure smooth operations including the following

•Operational processes and procedural checks

•Seasonal activities planning check

•Security tasks management

•Ensure the following on the floor (PSPSPP)

•Ensure that each representative welcome customers while ensuring the following.

•Shelf management

•Staff planning: definition of priority according to sales

•Organization of storage

•“Planogram implementation”: lay-out, etc.

•Gap checking

•Replenishment: replenish first A and promotional products (including end-caps), products with higher rotations/ turnover, FIFO, diligent check of expired dates, etc.

•Ensure that stock maintenance by continuous monitoring of inventory, shrinkage, create the optimum stock performance in quality, quantity and safety targeting customer segments and following the company strategy
