Looking for a presentable, client-focused, determined and energetic Restaurant Manager.
You must have:
1. A positive attitude
2. Hospitable: meet and greet clients and make relationships with them
3. Sales oriented: look for ways to maintain and increase revenue
4. People's person: a very good manager of people who can extract work out of both front and back end staff while maintaining retention.
5. Provide accurate reporting to the Director / Owner on regular basis
6. Personal transport to commute to work
7. Good command of English language
8. Previous 5 years Hospitality experience is a MUST
