The Job is Work From Home (WFH) for an Australian leading provider of mobile messaging and payment solutions.
Cover Letter relevent to Job Description is really neccesery.
Work timings will be 6am to 2pm PST.
Strong Internet Connection and Stable Electricity is required for this job along with proper working environment

1               Duties & Responsibilities 1.1
·         S/he will sanction all transactions posted in the accounting system.

·         S/he will assist in ensuring compliance with organisational financial policy as well as statutory financial requirements.

·         S/he will assist prepare monthly and annual financial reports

·         S/he will work closely with the Finance Manager to ensure compliance with the group policies and strategies

·         S/he will be responsible for the update of financial policy and procedures. (ensuring all adequate documentation is in place)

·         S/he will be responsible for the lodgement of BAS, IAS, Payroll tax and FBT return

·         S/he will work closely with the audit company selected by the Oxygen8 Finance Manager and coordinates the company end of financial year audit.

·         S/he will work closely with the Tax agent selected by the Oxygen8 Finance Manager and coordinates the company tax return lodgement.

·         S/he will be responsible for managing insurances such as Directors and Officers, Business Insurance, Travel insurance, Professional Indemnity Insurance and Workers Compensation Insurance.

·         S/he will manage the companies debtors and control bad debt exposure
