§  To manage and implement 100% IQC, PQC, and OQC of
(Split AC, Washing Machine, and TV), LCM (Liquid Crystal Module) as per requirement of HQ to ensure defect free product.
§  Ensure Preventive Quality Management System to measure and control repetitive quality problems.
§  Ensure Preventive Quality Management System to measure and control repetitive quality problems.
§  To ensure standard operating and safety procedures are followed as per given instruction.
§  To ensure a safe and dust free environment for LCM production per HQ requirements.
§  To ensure ESD/EOS requirements as per standards and manage issues to resolve them timely.
§  Manage training of workers related to quality defects and ESD/ EOS knowledge.
§  Manage dummy test to check operator’s reliability. 
§  Manage Buyer’s test, Customer Environment Test and Aging Test as per HQ requirement.
§  Timely feedback and monitoring of market complaints for on time resolution and recommend corrective actions accordingly.
§  Training of quality and production staff on 5S, 3R, Kaizen and CTQs.
§  Ensure calibration of all equipment’s and smooth operation.

§  To plan, organize and control production in the factory to ensure that goods are produced efficiently, on time, and up to standard.
§  Plan, direct, and coordinate the work activities and resources necessary for production along with quality, and supply chain.
§  Responsible for the proficient oversight of the preventive plan implementation of maintenance department.
§  Analysis and coordination of the human and material resources required to meet production target.
§  Reporting to the Manufacturing and Factory Manager.
§  To reduced rejection percentage and rework   clearance on daily basis.
§  Making Daily/Weekly/Monthly production and dispatch reports.
§  Distribution of workload to operators to achieve production target.
§  Ensures smooth operation of line equipment and also support production manager for repairs and evaluating new equipment.
§  Maintain a safe and clean environment by educating and directing workers on PPEs and Safety Hazards.
§  Responsible for Receiving Consignments of Split AC from Bin Qasim Port.
§  Checking of Finished Goods stock available in store and ensure proper stacking till its dispatch to the warehouses.

§   Assuring quality control at inspections stage.
§   QC Department as an Auditor & time check.
§   Responsible for ensuring Product Quality Standards.
§   Manage dummy test to check operator’s reliability
§   Responsible for carrying out Indexing of outgoing Product Split, MWO, WM & water dispenser.
§   Responsible for ensuring in process quality of Split, MWO, WM & water dispenser.
§   Root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions against market and in-factory faults
§   Continuous improvement in products and processes through Kaizen Culture and 5S implementation.
§   Conducted Health and Safety Audits along with H&S team and reporting
§   Responsible for Quality analysis & control pertaining to reduction in Internal & External failure.
§   Responsible for EPS Department, Audit & Part density.
