During my work experience at Multilink Engineering Services, I interpreted blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports for new product development. I supervised maintenance service on HVAC systems and performed troubleshooting to determine the root cause of issues. My group and I investigated major malfunctions and breakdowns of heating and air-conditioning systems and used troubleshooting to determine causes. Created models, assemblies, and drawings using parts, sheet metal, and surfacing in PTC Creo. And monitored heating and cooling system performance through alarms, temperature, and pressure differentials.
