·       Reviewing the Tender, IFC, shop drawings related to the LV, MV and Low current (Fire Alarm, Structure cabling, Security system, Public address) discipline, and ensuring its compliance with BOQ, design and contract requirement.
·       Reviewing the Tender, IFC, shop drawings related to the HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Suppression discipline, and ensuring its compliance with BOQ, design and contract requirement.
·       Providing inputs to the design and development team for design improvements.
·       Ensure all engineering and design work performed adjusts to quality, cost and schedule requirements.
·       Prepare/review load lists, power system studies, single line diagram, equipment layouts, area classifications, sizing calculations, schematics, equipment specifications, data sheets, requisitions and technical bid analysis.
·       Participating in tender evaluation and EPC contract awarding.
·       Management of all electrical activities for all substation construction and coordination between contractor and his subcontractor for the electrical construction/installation.
·       Review and approve the construction program of the electrical works submitted by the contractor and coordinate with the civil engineers to comply the requirements.
·       Review and approve the drawings and engineering calculations submitted by contractor and advise the contractor if any modification required, review and reply project correspondence, coordinating the submittal of documents and drawings, monitoring and tracking of project, auditing report for related works study and reply, study the Invoice forwarded by contractor & its certification, and issue weekly and monthly progress reports and other technical financial reports associated with the works.
·       Regularly monitoring construction operations to confirm they are being carried out in accordance with Operations strategy, standards, policies, procedures and best practices
·       Ensuring the materials received at site are in accordance with the quantity & quality requirements stipulated in the contract.
·       Reviewing the Method Statements, Project Quality Plan, Safety Plan, Schedules and ensure compliance with project objectives.
·       Ensuring strict compliance of company’s QA policy & safety regulations at site. Perform periodical internal / external QC audits.
Also conduct HSE audits, risk assessment and timely introduction of preventive measures.
·       Conducting site visits, site meetings and periodical review meetings to understand and ensure work progress as per schedule and resolving any issues which may hamper the progress of the project. Also monitoring Engineer’s and site inspector’s performance and maintenance of quality records as per quality management system.
·       Conducting site inspections as per intervention points marked in the approved inspection and test plan and issuing site instructions and NCRs if any noticed during the site inspection.
·       Actively participating in progress, technical and coordination and review meetings and bring forward major issues for deliberation.
·       Checking correctness of installation of conduits, cable tray/ trunking and wiring/cables for lighting, Power, Security, Public Address, Fire Alarm, BMS, and Structure cabling system.
·       Installation, configuration, integration, testing & maintenance of CCTV & Access control system, barriers & other security systems.
·       Supervising the Installation of 11 KV MV (Switch gear, Transformers), laying of 11 KV armored MV cables, Bus-ways, Generators, LV Panels (MDB’S, SMDB’S DB’S) etc. to ensure compliance with the relevant drawings and specifications.
·       Carrying out voltage drop calculation and analysis according to site condition and incorporating corrective measures.
·       Testing and commissioning of all the electrical installation including MV Switchgear, Transformers, , Generators, LV Panel, BUSWAY,SMDB’S, DB’S, Generators, ATS panel, BMS system, Fire alarm ,Access control, Public address, IPTV, Grounding, Lightning protection, Structure cabling system and Security system.

·       Leading a team of 5 employees with the responsibility of executing and supervising the electrical construction activities and reporting to the Project Manager.
·       Design review of end to end drawings such as lighting, Power, Low current system, single line drawings and cable tray layouts.
·       Make coordination with the Architect, Civil and Mechanical Engineers in the preparation of plans.

·       Installation, configuration, integration, testing & maintenance of CCTV & Access control system, barriers & other security systems.
·       Supervising the Installation of 13.8 KV MV (Switch gear, Ring main units &Transformers), laying of 13.8 KV armored MV cables, Bus-ways, Generators 2MW, LV Panels (MDB’S, SMDB’S DB’S) etc. to ensure compliance with the relevant drawings and specifications.
·       Witnessing HI-POT, Megger and continuity Test for 13.8KV MV Cable done by contractor specialist as per approved Inspection Test Plan (ITP).
·       Supervising the installation of complete Photovoltaics’ (Solar system) as per IEEE and IEC standards to achieve LEEDS requirement.
·       Controlling schematics, Data Point Schedule, Sequence of Operation System through Building Management system (BMS).
·       Complete automatic control and monitoring of HVAC and chilled water systems including AHU\'s, FCU’S, Chiller plants, Motors etc.
·       Interfacing with lighting control and central battery system.
·       System shall be capable of monitoring the rate of power consumption and shall take corrective action to avoid high peak demand.
·       Developing integration applications to communicate with multiple vendor systems by BACNET, LON, M Bus or Mod bus protocols. 
·       Working together with Electrical Subcontractors to install wiring systems for Electrical & Mechanical control systems.
·       Carrying out voltage drop calculation and analysis according to site condition and incorporating corrective measures.
·       Testing and commissioning of all the electrical installation including MV Switchgear, Transformers, Ring Main Unit, Generators, LV Panel, BUSWAY, SMDB’S, DB’S, Generators, ATS panel, BMS system, Fire Alarm, Access control, Public address, IPTV, Grounding, Lightning protection, Telephone system and Security system.
·       Coordinating with Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) for connection of building.
