•         Review freight rates and other transportation costs to keep working costs low
•         Managing the quality throughout the logistic processes
•         Handling the three warehouse inventory as Main Warehouse, dispute warehouse, Install Mall Warehouse etc
•         Prepare accurate reports for upper management.
•         Handle all Shortage cases which are justified/unjustified at all Stakeholder end

Planning and performance of Pre External Audit Stock tacking Inbound and outbound logistics handling.

1-Manages and coordinates the unloading of inbound shipments, orderly stacking of product, and the picking and staging of outbound shipments. 2- Manages teammates that verify required inbound/outbound paperwork with drivers, ensuring that all products are properly counted. 3- Manages the distribution center transportation fleet including delivery expense, routing, DOT compliance, and hiring drivers. 4-Manages the efficient and safe operation
5-Check and maintaining optimal stock level to ensure timely availability of products.
6-Study invoices & bills to ensure appropriate order. 7-Acceptance & close control of all incoming goods in respect of volume and quantity. 8-Ensure that all articles reach their place of destination immediately. 10-To record in the receiving record all incoming goods. 11-To check total amount of each section & match the total daily amount with the entire daily PO (purchase order) issued. 12- Upon delivery of goods at the receiving area, to check relevant purchase order(PO) or purchase request request(PR) has been well issued, if not then delivery will be refused. 13-To maintain the receiving area clear and in perfect sanitary condition. 14-Provide accurate, current inventory data for purchasing decision. 15-Maintain inventories at optimal levels to prevent under-or-over investment in inventory. 16-Prepare reports of inventory balance, shortage as required. 18-Supervise & coordinate the appropriate processing of purchase requisitions, purchase order, receiving reports, inventory requisition applicable to items maintained.

o   Generate Daily Purchase Order of vendor and distribute to Supplier for Purchasing.
o   The Suppliers Cheque received from Account and send to Supplier.
o   Maintain Supplier tax Copy and Records etc.
o   Keep Constant Check on Stock Level.
o   Build and Maintain good Relationships With new and existing Suppliers
o   Check the Margin with Purchase price and Retail price on daily basis.
