For various Civil structures and projects.
• Preparation Payment Schedules, Comparative Statement ,work order etc
• Preparation of tender documents, Contracts, Specifications as per
Requirement of Projects.
• Analysis of DPR from sites as per Construction schedule and preparation of
Daily Reports and Project reports.
• Verification of Contractor’s bill, quality as per tender specifications, site
Measurement verification and material consumption verification
• Reconciliation and As-built drawing preparation.
• Ongoing cost analysis of maintenance and civil repair works.
• Coordination with Design, Purchase, and Execution for timely deliverable
Study and checking of drawings and execution drawings and records
for revision.
• knowledge of Cameras PTZ,,Built ,Doom , Mount,& DAY/NIGHT Cameras
• Strong knowledge Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing new and repair maintenance
• AC, chiller Plant, Central AC system Repair maintenance work
• Experience of 100 KW Projects of Solar Panels Work with REON GSS.

• Assist I 9 month working with Lakhani Builders Project In ‘’Lakhani Presidency’’ as a Quantity surveyor Dalmia Road Karachi (Part Time 2:30 Pm to 6:00 Pm)

• Construction Site’s supervision ,with Electrical ,Mechanical, Plumbing work
• Carry out the technical feasibility / assessment (site identification, material,
labor, transportation, supplies and Arrange skilled and unskilled labour for construction execution
• Preparation of drawings, BoQs ,comparative statements ,work order, weekly/monthly reports ,MBs,Runing bills ,final Bills,MRN,GRN & cost estimates ,Rate analysis, Payment schedule of infrastructure schemes as per organization commitment & set standards
• Analysis of construction material e.g. elemental composition, dimensions & quality etc according to drawing & specification.
• Assist in conducting market survey for proposed materials availability, unit rates of material/labours and provide realistic estimates of the proposed activities of project
• Ensure the layouts, levels and all activities at site both pre & post construction to know whether construction work is being done according to drawings and specifications or not.
• Analyse and prepare plans for material requisitions for Different stage of site.
• Good knowledge of Civil electrical. Plumbing, Mechanical Repair maintenances Control all domestic staff for smooth organization.

• Before Joining to LRBT I am working with a Builder/Contractor in DHA different commercial and residential projects at DHA

• ASSISTANT ENGINEER: Site Inspections, Preparation B-0-Q’s Variation Orders, Payment, Monthly, Daily, Weekly, Progress Reports, contracts, Sub Contracts Issues, etc
• SITE SUPERVISOR :On site work execution and managing the resources, building layouts, construction of Complete buildings, Preparation of BB schedules, dealing with Subcontractors, (15-C Muslim, 48-C Bukhari ) at DHA Karachi.
• SERVOYAR & QUANTITY SERVOYAR :Site Inspection of complete make B-0-Q housing project, Storm Water drainage system, Water supply, Roads, Overhead Water Tanks, Drains, Septic tanks, Stone Masonry retaining walls, Completed Survey ,Land survey and site work check as per Drawings
