My responsibility as warehouse and administrative assistant is to control inventory of finish goods by applying FIFO system in warehouse.Train and control labor for loading and unloading of finish goods. Deals with transport contractors for delivery of finish goods from warehouse to shelf of Customer. As administrative assistant I have the responsibility to maintain company guest house at Islamabad location and deals in ANF (Anti Narcotics Force) for NOC (Purchase of chemical MEC and toluene).Also deals in embassy for visa purpose on behalf of company.

 Maintain warehouse inventory by using AX Microsoft ERP program.
 Posting of sale Orders, and dispatch.
 Post reversals from customer in system
 Apply FIFO inventory system in warehouse.
 As Qualified HSE officer apply, maintain and control safety standard in ware house.
 Maintain, control and improve company guest house in Islamabad location.
 Train labor for loading and unloading of finish goods.
 Deals with transport contractors for delivery of finish goods from warehouse to customer shelf.  Deals company matters of NOC for purchase of chemicals in ANF (Anti Narcotics Force) and labor office.
 Supervision of security in Islamabad location.
