JOB DESCRIPTION:

Involved in Estimation, Costing, Proposals, Procurement, Sub-contracting & Execution.
Involved in preparation of Techno-commercial bids covering qualifications (Technical and Commercial), Basis of price, Exclusions, Progress schedules, histograms (Resources, Manpower).
ISO coordinator, (environmental policies and rules and regulations- ISO, OHSASA etc.)
Review of Invitation to Tender (ITT) documents, understanding, analyzing and accurately assessing all ITT requirements.
Preparation of Detailed Tender Documents including Bill of Quantities (B.O.Q.) , Specifications & Engineer’s Estimates etc / Development of Bill of Quantities (B.O.Q).
Co-ordination with Architects, Client & Sub Contractors from design phase till construction phase to ensure smooth & timely execution and closing of the project.
Involvement in the development of the proposals strategy for the tender
Co-ordination, preparation and compilation of complete, compliant and professional proposal documentation, both technical and commercial, for submission to clients in line with client bid documents and tender deadlines
Assisting in the preparation and compilation of contract documents, prior to signature, ensuring that all contract documentation is in line with all previously agreed tender negotiations.
Utilization of available resources to respond fully to client Expression of Interest and Pre-Qualification requirements
Complying with Health, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures and compliance with all audits and inspections.
Preparation of Scope of Work for Design & Engineering.
Preparing equipment specification, bid inquiry, technical evaluations.
Coordination with the relevant functions in-house/consultants, conducting technical / safety review meetings, preparing necessary reports through all stages of the project.

Teaching various subjects at university and conducted Laboratory work.
