 Hire, train, coach, counsel and evaluate performance of employees when needed.
 Train and guide team members on new challenges in healthcare industry along with a keeping a close coordination with providers (clients).
 Maintain all credentialing policies and processes to ensure that they are in compliance with applicable regulations.
 Leads, coordinates and monitors the review and analysis of practitioner applications, ensuring applicant eligibility.
 Conducts thorough background investigation, research all components of the application file.
 Identifies issues that require additional investigation and evaluation, validates discrepancies and ensures appropriate follow up. This includes updating CAQH profile database and completing Medicare/Medicaid revalidation.
 Responds to inquiries from other healthcare organization.
 Updates credentialing action log for all the credentialing activities.
 Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
