•         Responsible for developing and implementing pump sales strategies to reach potential customers.
•         Handle the tasks of visiting customers to gather requirements and application of pump
•         Make selection of Pumps and accessories through catalog, process applications, Engineering manuals, pump theory, installation and Operating manual and other technical information.
•         Creating and sending technical sales messages and quotes.
•         Work within the sales and support team for the achievement of customer satisfaction.
•         Communicating on daily basis with customers and overseas Principals to carry out day-to-day activities on various issues.
•         Visiting customers in-person on as and when required basis to promote awareness regarding organization, Products and its scope of products & services. Visiting customer sites for recommending ideally suited pump for their intended duty and application.
•         Ensuring effective internal communication within the Sales, Marketing team and Customer Support and across the company.
•         Preparing techno-commercial offers of pumps for various projects including oil & gas extraction plants, refineries, fertilizers, power sector, etc.
•         Demonstration and presentation of our product to our valued clients.
•         Perform responsibilities of checking systems to identify the exact requirement that will meet the application requirement
•         Sourcing of potential suppliers (Internationally/Locally) and initiate business and organization partnership.
•         Float RFQ to potential Vendors for quotations.
•         Negotiate with Vendors to secure advantageous terms and Finalize terms and conditions.
•         Follow up with Suppliers to resolve queries and to ensure timely delivery.
•         Prepare and present daily/weekly/monthly progress reports with management.
•         Coordinate with Sale/Technical team to resolve Vendor/End User Queries for further process.





Collaborating with vendors, monitoring work performance, and reinforcing safety standards.

•         Skillfully & proficiently oversee the material handling, preparing & presenting reports to communicate details to colleagues & convey feedback to senior management involved in production and quality
•         Minutely & meticulously supervising & analyzing existing development and manufacturing procedures, suggesting improvements after identifying selected materials appropriate for making products of good quality

•          Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases.
•         Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers.
•         Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors.
•         Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options.
•         Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts.
•         Develop plans for purchasing equipment, services, and supplies.
