During my summer vacations in 2018 I have worked at SHAD foundation as Research Assistant and also I have done numerous surveys during my thesis and my time in university. Kindly accept this application from a highly enthusiastic, motivated and knowledgeable professional who wishes to work in your exceptional reputed organization.  Holding a Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) in social sciences and doing my O and A levels from highly reputed institutes in Islamabad I have a comprehensive understanding of development projects. I am energetic, I am good at exploring and executing along with being a passionate quick learner and committed and that’s why I believe I would be a good fit for this position.

I am a Dream-Executor someone who looks for opportunities, view the world differently, and translate her experiences into ideas and actively set about materializing the dream. I have the ability to work under pressure and to adapt to changing requirements and to balance conflicting demands. I also have the ability to manage individual consultants and third-party service providers along with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu. I am solid at taking risks and making things happen. Furthermore, I am Self-motivated, team player and action-oriented. My experiences have taught me how to build strong relationships with all departments at an organization which in return developed the ability in me to work within a team as well as with cross-team enhancing my communication skills.

 My time studying in a reputed institute in the capital allowed me to polish my interview, research and writing skills, culminating in the approval of my thesis. Furthermore, my experience as the head of social sciences society in my university has gifted me with a flexible attitude while leaving me to work in any kind of diverse environment. In addition, my internship as a research assistant required extensive time management and collaborative efforts preparing me for the deadlines and team demands.
