Duties And Responsibilities
• Preparing of all types of accounts up to Balance Sheet manually and computerized.
• Monthly Trial Balance and rectification of ledger accounts accordingly.
• Monthly Profit and Loss account with account detail.
• Quarterly balance sheet report for audit purpose.
• Fixed Assets maintenance and their evidence records.
• Allocation of chart of accounts.
• An eye on daily transactions and account head allocations.
• Monthly adjustment entries in books/out of books.
• Daily cash and bank balances reports with transactions output.
• Income Tax/Sales Tax Matters.
• Preparing of monthly payrolls.
• Import Cost Sheets.
• Working and keeping an eye on production loops.
• Raw Material and Stores consumption Valuations.
• Packing Material Consumption and Stock verifications.
• Reconciliation of bank statements and mark-up calculations.
• Debtors/Creditors Accounts control with ageing.
• Daily Sales/ Purchase reports with order basis records.
• Internal Audit Check on Petty Cash account to stop Embezzlement.
• Excellent Command on Excel and Word.
• Excellent Keyboard Control.
• Can operate all types of computerized accounting software.
