▪ Preparing the project reports for higher management.
▪ Perform regular evaluation on all project specifications and prepare estimates for all processes and design and effective contractor proposal for client and monitor work progress to resolve all everyday issues.
▪ Checking of shop drawing, bar bending Schedules.
▪ Implementation of BOQ\'S on site according to the approved drawings and design.
▪ Preparation of construction work plan for all activities.
▪ Maintain comprehensive records of the construction work and testing and progress of contractors
▪ Keeping pictorial evidence in the shape of video clips and pictures of each and every stage of work before, during and after completion of the work.

▪ Regular Civil site inspection which includes structure and finishing work and ensure that the work is as project specifications and as per construction drawings.
▪ Quality assurance and market analysis of items used at site.
▪ Monitor the review of the contractor’s documents/shop drawings.
▪ Coordinate with the Materials Inspectors and arrange for sampling and testing of satisfactorily completed work, and quality assurance testing of suspect materials.
▪ Record inspections, tests, work executed

▪ Implementation of work on-site as per construction drawing.▪ Check plans and quantities for accuracy of calculation.▪ Carry out day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors▪ Preparation of Bar Bending Schedule.
