Al Shaheer is a mother company of three brands Khaas Meat, Meat One & Chef One. I am currently working here as a EO in operation’s at Khaas Meat, where I am managing all inventory of retail stores and warehouse, and preparing all supply and demands for our retail stores, Here I am doing inventory audits, monitoring sales where I’m ensuring and monitoring to supervisors and retail staff to boost sales and achieve their targets and I also manage operations of stores like roaster planning, Dry store demands, preparing margins of stores. Strong co-ordinations with e-commerce partners.

I have experience in leading a retail store, such as supervising sales, motivating staff to increase sales, maintaining hygiene, maintaining floor cleanliness, supervising production. Planning staff roasters, managing cash and petty cash expenses on daily basis. Maintaining quality of goods from vendors, customer retention and customer satisfaction from service.

I worked here as an EO, I handled all the ledger of hub and sub distributors and their credit terms.   I used to compile all the sales and have managed the two years lucky draw campaign. I also managed the warehouse inventory.

Played a key role in managing inventory and operational works such as guiding all staff members, motivating them to achieve their targets, placing orders, and sharing reports to head office.

Sonic Textile Industries have a very big name in dyeing industry, where I had worked as a lab-Assistant, in which I was matching the shades as per customer requirement.

The Chips Factory was a brand of OPTP restaurants where I worked as a quality inspector who controlling the quality of potatoes.
