I have over twenty years of experience of sales and marketing as well as office management/ administrative related procedures and practices, and I believe the knowledge and skills built up during this time make me the perfect candidate for the role. I have worked with senior as well as junior level staff and I can easily manage junior staff and assigned duties to the subordinates. I have the ability to maintain and keep the office records up to date in a meticulous and organized manner.

As Sales Manager at Tokyo Motor Corporation (TMC), looked after the sales which deals in auto accessories, reflecting tapes, reflectors, perfumes and dashboard polish, spray paint, HID’s etc. The primary job is to look after sales and collection from customers, take orders, their need of items, customer satisfaction, pricing and delivery. I use PEACHTREE software for this and maintains all sales record in the system. I assist the boss in hiring and firing of junior staff and conduct interviews. Make new customers.

During my last job as Senior Sale Supervisor with Yummy Milk Products (Pvt) Ltd., I was responsible for looking after sales of four outstation routes of Sialkot (S1+S2), Gujranwala and GTR. I was involved in looking after different matters like dealers’ daily and monthly sale, set dealers monthly targets and bonuses, manage the supply chain efficiently, ensure dealers’ satisfaction and solve the problems regarding supply or freezer problem and promotional activities on special occasions. Also, while working with ZMART supermarket, Deluxe Corp and WWI, I learnt to supervise and manage the junior staff effectively and in a congenial and tactful way and get the desired results from the subordinated according to duties assigned to them.

I am a computer literate person and am adept in solving IT related matters like trouble shooting of hardware and software installations. I am proficient in the efficient use of MS Office Suite and good command in MS Excel Software.
