I completed the project successfully. Conducted end-line studies and closed the projects (Accelerated Sanitation and Water for All (ASWA-II), Project and Skills for Market Linkages Round II).

I have completed project \"Accelerated Sanitation and Water for All-II Project\" with LPP which was implemented in 16 Union Councils (UCs) of Ahmad Pur Sial (Jhang) with 102 communities (the revenue villages).

• Established project related participatory monitoring framework, accountability and learning tools, conducting field level exercises and data management, compatible with partner M & E System.
• Ensured that the M &E system incorporated the humanitarian principles, minimum Standards, accountability and complaint handling system.
• Developed MEAL action plan and devise activities for monitoring facilitating project teams to achieve results and targets timely and qualitatively.
• Coordinated with project teams and other field monitors for collection of qualitative and quantitative date from field and making it available at central MEAL Unit of organization.
• On the basis of key field findings, sharing with field teams to draw strategies for the timely improvement of project operations and activities.
• Produced quality reports (periodic monitoring reports) and also respond the quality questions from partner along with PM.
• Assisted PM in establishing feedback mechanisms (daily, weekly, monthly, period reviews) ensuring that the partner communities’ (particularly women and children) pinions are being incorporated into activities planning and implementation.
• Established evaluation mechanism, develop ToR’s of the evaluation and facilitate evaluation processes within MEAL system of organization.
• Reported to Project Manager, Program Manager and EC as per requirement and extent of quality observations in timely way with recommendations and possible appropriate options.
• Delivered any other responsibility assigned by the line manager.
• Facilitated as Focal person of MEAL Unit of Doaba Foundation
• Facilitated as Focal person for Complaint Response Mechanism (CRM)

Developed overall framework of monitoring and evaluation in consultation with the project team in order to insure the quality of program delivery.
