·        Established brand “BCL (Baloch Cargo & Logistics)”. Built everything from scratch including procedures, operational excellence, cargo management system, customer services excellence, etc. The sale volume increased reasonably 300% till date since my induction. 
·        Planning of all resources keeping in view budget constraints.  
·        Made strategic plans & set short term plans (keeping in view long term planning).
·        Established system for Human Capital including hiring, performance evaluations, benefits etc.  
·        Development, review and implementation of customer focused policies.  
·        Monitoring through teams (of inbound and outbound shipments processes) to assure work is performed according to established procedures.
·        Provide training to all employees regarding set procedures and processes required to complete work assignments.
·        Work with managers and other supervisors to make coordinated efforts & to bring synergy.
·        To support manager in negotiating and resolving claims issues in a timely manner.

As it is a new project, I am involved in arranging / procurement necessary equipment, furniture / fixtures, arrangements of meals / hotel stays etc., cleaning, security. The hiring / firing / training & all human resource matters.
