Hiring and supervising the activities of subcontractors and subordinate staff

 Report to the project manager about the current work progress; make comparison between plan and actual progress from baseline in P6 and study of impact of alternative approaches to work. Setting the work program of each day and major activities in coordination with the project manager, preparation of monthly and weekly progress reports. Review, comment and verify the sub-contractors weekly, monthly progress measurement and reports. Review the resources such as manpower, machinery and materials as per plan and ensure timely availability.  Set work program of each day and major activities in co-ordination with the project manager and target milestones for each phase based on the project plan.  Calculations of resources and materials in line keep the economy of project and deployment of different labor forces.  To monitor each activity at site by maintaining the high quality of work and ensuring safety standards at site.  Maintain and record update of site work progress.  Verification and scrutiny of bills for the sublet work.  Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
