- Providing Administration and monitoring of a wide-range of HR services related to recruitment, onboarding, leave and absence monitoring, performance management, separations, payroll, learning activities and reporting
- Receive recruitment requests and assist in conducting a preliminary review of Terms of References (TORs) and Vacancy Announcements (VAs) for job posting through the Global Personnel Recruitment System (GPRS) and other approved sources
- Assist in the initial review of applications, coordinate and arrange logistical procedures for written tests and/or interviews and prepare minutes
- Assist in on-boarding and orientation of newly recruits
- Manage partner personnel (WHO Pakistan) payroll, travel claims, personnel files, contract administration, and health insurance
- Prepare and submit requests for awards and note to file extensions as part of the contract administration process and issue contracts and/or amendments as applicable
- Depending on thresholds, prepare award submissions to the Local or HQ Contracts and Property Committee (LCPC/HQCPC) for appropriate review using the OneUNOPS online system
- Process monthly payroll through the online Payroll tool and manually process related entitlements such as certification of payment, R&R, and danger pay
- Ensure a properly working filing system of local and international personnel with respect to relevant documents, contracts, and payment files and follow through with a properly working archive system in Google drive
- Facilitate closure of accounts and files in OneUNOPS and in the Official Status (OS) file in case of staff and personnel separations
- Update the HR dashboard for functions and activities including tracking sheets for recruitment, staffing tables, learning initiatives, and others.
- Conduct HR outreach activities including visits in local universities, one-to-one meetings, student counselling, and awareness programs
- Implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure effective, fair and consistent management of staff to support the overall strategic aims and objectives of Organization.
- Undertake hiring procedure including development of job descriptions and job advertisements, posting of Job on brightspyre.com, screening and interviewing candidates
- Manage new starter and leaver processes
Manage Joiners, Leavers, Transfers, Promotions Record for monthly submission to Payroll Department.
- Responsible for the management of an effective Leave System in HCM – HR module of ERP software
- Conduct Annual Performance Appraisals in effective manner, ensuring the procedure shall be carried out in a timely manner.
- Manage the information held on the HR database and personnel files to ensure it is updated in a timely and accurate manner and complies with the donor policies.
- Ensure the Employee’s Timesheets are received and submitted to the Accounts Department in time.
- Assist the Manager Human Resource with medical insurance of employees.
