Three months as internee in Idara-e-Taleem-o-Aagahi (ITA)
Worked as Cluster Coordinator from April 15, 2017 to 21th April 2018 in Idara-e-Taleem-o-Aagahi.
Provided and supervising teachers in 10 Govt Primary & Elementary schools to complement shortage of staff and supplement quality of instructions.
Looking after attendance of teachers, enrolment, drop out etc aspects of 10(PSSP) Govt Primary Schools, 5(NSP) Primary Schools & 2 Emaan Foundation Schools in District Chiniot.
Looking after financial, administrative, training coordination, education promotion related functions and staff.
Provided scholarships to needy but ultra-intelligent students.
Created awareness in society by sensitizing with the need of education through 5 public seminars in remote villages, celebrating days like National Day, Global Hand Washing Day, Child Labour Day Global weak of Action International Women day etc.
Established 3 adult literacy centers for providing education to illiterate women of rural areas.
