• Develop online HR system in which online employee tracking and payroll
• Recruits, interviews, tests and selects employees to fill vacant positions
• Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude towards company goals.
• Working in short listing, conducting test & interview.
• Issuance of Appointment and HR Letters.
• Attendance & Leave Management.
• Maintenance of employees files.
• Design and implement an orientation program for new staff.
• Design and develop annual training plans of all staff in consultation with HOD\'s for professional development.
• Trains management in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, safety.
• Develop, co-ordinate and implement annual objectives setting program and performance appraisal system for all employees.
• Ensure employees awareness of management\'s concerns, requirements and complaints and vice versa.
• Develop effective instruments to evaluate potential candidate to ensure ideal candidates are hired (low turnover, high performance, highly satisfied employee, employee matched to job responsibility and culture, etc)
• HRIS Management.
• Job orientation and training to new comers and conducting training for old employee about new technology and change.
• Manages and coordinates all communication with candidates.
• Interviews all candidates presented for detailed interviewing by hiring managers, and include the use of different interviewing methodologies and techniques.
• Prepares candidates shortlist for interviewing by hiring managers by providing detailed information on the company, our business strategy, department background, job descriptions, and expectation settings.
• Organizes, leads and documents post-interview debrief/feedback with interview teams and candidates.
• Performs detailed reference checking and/or reference analysis on selected candidates and reviews results with hiring managers.
