•        Managing House Keeping Staff.
•        Make distribution of stock as per their Sales performance.
•        Responsible of stock IN & Out.
•        Manage & control stock level.
•        Billing Verification of LCL & FTL.

•        Process all ASN’s and Shipment Orders through WMS.
•        Preparing Presentation /Performance reports/ according to the HOD requirement i.e.(Short Excess Report, Damage stock Report, Daily Activity Report, Daily Inventory Report).
•        Respond to all customer inquiries and issues concerning work orders, invoices, inbound, shipments, inventory issues etc. and report customer feedback to the management.
•        Greeting with Clients to meet their requirements.
•        Managing/ Monitoring House Keeping operations
•        Repair maintenance of building.
•        Managing & supervising weigh bridge operation team.
•        Coordinate with the Inventory team for disposal of damaged products/Stock Adjustments.
•        Ensures the smooth work flow in the Customer Services – prioritization of work.
•        Coordinating with Warehouse Operations to clarify their queries.
