Monitor all UBL ATMs status through live dash board to ensure service level of all UBL ATMs at satisfactory level. Monitor ATM camera issues through Image monitoring process during Night Shifts. Line up ATM vendors through Vendor Management process and take Follow up till issue resolved. Preparing reports regarding ATMs Service issue like (Link Down, Low Cash, Out of Service and Out of Cash) highlight to concerns and taking proper follow up. Closed (Service Requests) for ATM Down issues and take proper follow up from ATM custodians. Preparing Overall country wide ATM performance MIS and Published with Executive and management on Daily Basis. Preparing Over all ATM Performance Fourth nightly and Quarterly Report. Directly Reporting SBP Directors on EID, Gazette Holidays regarding Non Functional Highlighted ATMs in Country Wide. To provide Reports/ MIS/ Presentations and complaint resolution on timely basis to SBP and business heads.

Execution of team plans to achieve goals of first contact resolution & proper execution of changes to them.
