Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Implementations and monitoring of all electrical related works at site from first fix to third fix.
2. Estimation, preparation and assignment of all the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all electrical and related works prior to execution.
Planning and analyses of all possible construction methodologies.
3. Planning the execution of all electrical related works and coordination with mechanical and civil groups.
4. Coordination with Client / Consultant¡¦s representatives for any site instructions and inspection of works.
5. Preparing site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.
6. Ensure that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national or international standards.
