Maintaining and updating the stock entry register.

Audit & final preparation of all types of bills/sanctions of NTC.
Calculating & deducting income tax,service tax,labour tax & GST.
Maintaining and updating general ledger book of NTC.
Maintaining and updating medical Ledger book of NTC.
Update record of all bills using MS Excel and MS Word.
Create financial report at the end of quarter (after every 3 months).
Maintaining and sorting all official records i.e circular, office order and memorandum.
