I am working as a Assistant Planning Engineer with Scc Pvt Ltd Since January 2017.
My responsibilities are as following :
1.Contracts Management
2. Primavera P6 project Planning and Scheduling
3.Preparing monthly projects working reports
4.Coordination with client to meet its satisfaction
5. Material Taking off from the drawings
6.Cost Control of the project
7.Team Building and Leadership
7.Familiarizing with project before its commencement.
8. Attending commencement meeting both in house and with client for ensuring preparation of program to coincide with clients’ project program/schedule.
9. Visiting sites for preliminary familiarization and understanding other traits and disciplines at sites.
10. Coordinating with the production team for submittal of material samples for approval according to specifications/ designs and ensure technical data sheets provided are submitted with SSA.
11. Coordination of work program based on clients’ target dates.
12.Planning, Execution and control of cost works
13.Providing overall technical guidance.
14.Preparation of IPC’s/Bar Bending Schedule
15.Preparation Of Weekly/Monthly ahead plans to meet target on site
