• Remote troubleshooting and commission for all Huawei 2G, Node B, LTE sites. • Follow up on scheduled MDTs activity related to network. • Coordination with other stakeholders and update ticket status in RTTS tool. • Guide multiple engineers and teams to provide quick troubleshooting. • Awareness on all Huawei BTS and OSS softwares. • Having Experience to apply MDTs on STC CM Portal.
• Configure needed resources for Service Provisioning.  • Act as interface with other technical departments like RAN core planning, integration etc. and representing customer in various technical meetings as and when requested. • Participate and attend key event assurance activities as Hajj Ramadan.  • Network resource utilization monitoring.  • Support FLM team for new and difficult services configuration. • Interfacing with TAC support.
• Hands on Experience for Huawei Automation Tool OWS (Operation Web Services).
Transmission with multiple vendors (Huawei, NEC & Alcatel). Planning and designing of the new Microwave links O&M and KPI reporting of whole Microwave network Experience of working on SDH/PDH/XPIC & IP radios of NEC & Huawei RTN. Experience of commissioning & Integration on iPasolink(NEC) & Huawei RTN. Experience in BER Testing,NMS Visibility & Cross Connection,VSWR. Experience of ZTE SDR Installation & Commisioning. Has worked on multiple roll-out & TK projects. Has experience of LOS, TSS & RAN Surveys. Good knowledge of Map Info & Path Loss 4. Experience of MW testing for both GSM. Experienced in deploying MW links of various redundancy and diversity.
• Integration, Commissioning &Troubleshooting of Huawei Microwave Links RTN600, 900,300 Series. • Preform MW Up gradation activities and Traffic shifting activities from other vendor links to Huawei Links. • Provide on call support to Huawei & Sub con teams also power teams for E&M VLAN configuration. ` • Supervising and monitoring the CWO E2E testing as per plan for new integration sites and also configure the DCN VLANs for MW visibility  • Upload the GNEs, NEs on U2000 and make sure the FON node visibility and its dependent sites • To configure the Ethernet E-LAN Services at Huawei RTN according to the network plan, also configuring the LAG, PLA for XPIC links • Configuring the LAG, QoS, Link name/MW interface as per given plan and verifying the Ethernet services configurations • Rectify the alarms and troubleshooting the problematic MW links for acceptance.  • Monitoring and supervising the MDTs as well providing the technical support to field team during MDT and after completion the MDT close the MDT number from STC NOC
